Sunday (Race Day)**

During Spring season school buses will take you to practice. The buses leave from the Harriton parking lot at 3.30pm during weekdays. There are no buses available for Saturday morning practice

*All Crews will be scheduled for Saturday morning practice starting at 8:00 or 9:00am. Crews will be staggered to maximize boat usage; exact practice time/changes will be specified, if needed once the season begins. Check with team snap for any changes.

There will be no Monday practice

Winter Work Out Sessions (optional)

Coaches are holding optional Winter Work Out Sessions during the school week and on Sundays, beginning in late January/early February.  We are primarily looking to erg returners from last year who are not participating in Winter Sports and potential novice, who will be shown proper technique while using erg. Since we have a limited number of ergs, we also plan to do body circuits, run (inside and out), and use the weight room (if it is not in use by Winter Sports).

Rowers are expected to attend all practices, especially during the Spring Season. Any known conflicts should be noted on the Crew Conflict Sheet. Any rower cited for an unexcused absence will not be permitted to row the first day back (in lieu of a water workout, a land workout will be assigned). Any rower who misses pre-race day practice will not be permitted to race in that corresponding week’s race.

When you feel you can no longer row with your legs, row with your heart
